2mm White Coloured Acrylic

A safer, lighter, and more durable alternative to glass, this white 2mm coloured acrylic sheet delivers comparable optical quality with significantly better impact resistance and workability.

Cast from polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), the white pigment is integral to the material rather than applied as a surface coating. This means the 2mm sheet maintains its colour through cutting, routing, and edge polishing. The UV-stabilised formulation resists yellowing and fading, with both surfaces delivered in a polished gloss finish.

Suitable for healthcare and hospitality settings where a hygienic, easy-clean surface is essential. This 2mm sheet can be cut to your exact dimensions, drilled, CNC-routed, laser-cut, and thermoformed for curved components. It bonds cleanly with solvent-based acrylic adhesives and can be polished to restore edge clarity after cutting. Supplied with a protective film on both faces.

• Machinable: Can be cut, drilled, routed, and polished using standard workshop tools. Compatible with laser cutting and CNC routing for precision fabrication.
• Thermoformable: Can be heated and bent into curved shapes using a strip heater or oven, enabling bespoke formed components.
• Bondable: Bonds effectively using solvent-based acrylic adhesives such as Tensol or Extru-Fix for clean, strong joints.
