3mm Clear Polycarbonate

This 3mm polycarbonate sheet is virtually unbreakable — delivering extreme impact resistance that far exceeds both glass and acrylic. With a UK Class 1 fire rating, it is a smart choice for installations where fire safety and physical strength are critical requirements.

Polycarbonate offers superior strength-to-weight performance compared to glass, acrylic, and PETG. It maintains stability under high temperatures, is self-extinguishing, and does not produce toxic fumes when exposed to flame. The material is easy to keep clean and hygienic — requiring only warm soapy water without chemical cleaning agents — making it ideal for food preparation areas, bathrooms, and healthcare environments.

Commonly used for safety glazing, machine guards, protective screens, roofing panels, skylights, greenhouse panels, motorcycle windscreens, face shields, and vandal-resistant installations. The 3mm sheet can be cold-curved to a tighter radius than acrylic, and is compatible with drilling, CNC routing, and thermoforming. Supplied with protective film and available cut to size.
